Today Richard came to eat lunch with me. Came down especially but reach at almost 2:30pm. I almost died.
So we ate lunch at Lorong Ah Soo. Haiz.. Talked about the usual topic. About GZX, about coming plans. We were both quite worried for the Tang Bo Hu show as we have only one month left to rehearse and we didn't even start rehearsing yet.
Anyway, I went to buy contact lenses and this stupid contact lens shop actually told me that they do not have any contact lenses in their shop. They need to go somewhere else to get them when customers buy. So troublesome and inefficient. Unfortunately, I thought there is only one optical shop around so I agreed. It was 3:30pm. They told me to come back at 5pm to get it.....
So I paid and went to find Richard in a VCD shop. Haiz, then I saw that there is actually another optical shop there with stocks. Sian man...
Richard sent me home and I went down again at 5pm with my mum to collect the contact lenses.
So inefficient.... anyway.. ZAP ZAP ZAP!

the rule is that only licence contact len optical shop can sell contact len. Last yr, my market optical shop, Mr Raymond, kana his license suspend due to no contact len license

Hmm... seems like you're hooked on to that "zap zap" ad! Hee...
Anyway, such scenario is common la, like what kongming said. Sames goes for photo development shops. Many shops do not have the machine for digital photo processing, so they have to out source to others. What's worse is that they require 4 days to process!
4 days?! Such shops will have to close down for being so slow. They will surely lose out to those who can develop photos in one day.
