A Day of My Life

Just a normal and simple blog entry about a day in my life. Yah, very long never write a normal diary liao, been kping too much recently. Haiz....

Today's work was tedious man, got lots of filing to do as a big boss from France is coming on Monday. oh well. bo bian lor... supposed to have this spainish dance class in the evening one and it clashes with my shen duan class with SL. I chose to go for the dance class of cuz. Time is running out.

In the end, zx called me up, say qy is sick, she is tired and i cant going for the spainish dance class. That means there will be few students in the shenduan class. So she request that we cancel it giving a reason that it is Teacher's Day. Well... I am fine with that so the shenduan class was canceled.

Then Lin Jia called me telling me that the spainish dance class was canceled as Chua was not free. Very well. Just minutes after I canceled the shenduan class then u tell me that u cancel the dance class as well. Feeling very sian, I asked May out for dinner but she suggested for shopping instead and then meet up with YH. YH got class until 10pm. So poor thing la.

We went to shop at Taka and we came across this super ugly bag. I dunno why the hell someone will carry such an ugly bag. So I decided to take a photo of it.

This bag.... is ugly beyond words. I do see ppl carrying this bag before... And May was holding this price tag which says $119.. ermm forgot the price. I think about there la.. So freaking ugly and so freaking ex.

After shopping, we went to have a drink at the foodcourt.. and gossiped... as usual, then we setted off to meet YH. Poor YH just finished class. Haiz. If i were her i will be super super sian lor. Work already so sian, still got to study after work.

We met up and went lau pa sat to eat cockles and gong gong. Hee hee. I cant stand cockles leh... aiyo... I have mentioned this before right. I cant stand cockles!

Then we talked about YH not working smart enuf in the office. That's why she felt she is not appreciated and boss keep picking on her. Haiz.. It take some lessons to learn how to work smart, to learn how to manage these ppl... like ur boss, ur colleagues.. etc..

My god.. I want to go Tibet leh.. haiz.. suddenly saw a documentry about reincarnation in Tibet on the discovery channel. Tibet looked so beautiful.. But i scared i will faint there leh, altittude so high.. Talking about Tibet, I think May once told me that she tot there was only one pyramid in Egypt. Hahaha.. almost fell off my chair when I heard that.... :P Egypt is another place I want to go very much.. I love mysteries and Egypt is mysterious enuf.

Yesterday, I had to take over recep duties cuz the recep was sick. It was the first time I took over the recep duties since I joined this company. When there was no calls and no one come in, I was very bored........

Yah, I was very bored.....

Then I decided to surf net...
shucks man, I am still trying to clear the pimple scars on my face but that stupid doctor wouldnt let me....

Look at all the extensions on the recep's phone... My god, When a call comes in, I will need to look thru these names to find the right one. Some more not all the names are there. So I still have to look thru the phone list if i dun find it.

Think last sat, or last last sat, I went to chiong with May, Yh and Miss tan. Miss tan didnt want to come at first. She insisted to go home eat durains but we phsyco her so much that in the end she chiong with us till 3am~

Steam boat for National Day

I know May has been waiting for this blog la. National day, May and YH got NDP tickets but they didnt go see NDP. So wasted. So we planned to go JB but in the end we changed our mind and went marina south to eat steamboat.. Yah.. again.

But this time, we got a new member....

Do u see a big crab on the grilling tray? May bia mia to grabbed that crab ok. Wah liew... Everyone chiong to grab the crab it was so scary. They pushed their way thru and May was squashed in between the crowd. She managed to grab 3 pieces of crabs... fortunately.

May eating... she eat and eat until she very full lor. She almost burst. Please note that she was sitting on 2 pieces of chair. Yah, she think she is a kid. Must sit on 2 chairs.

See she almost want to vomit... hahaha... she ate alot of prawns also.. The prawn queen. I got take a photo of YH but i not going to blog it. She will say she look fat. ..

National day, a lot of ppl eat steamboat leh.. aiyoh, very pek cek cuz it was very hard to find seats.

The leftovers... As usual, we talk alot of rubbish during the dinner. Talking about talk rubbish, I went to punggol park with yh and may on friday night and we talked a lot of rubbish also~ hahahah...... Very funny lor.. Then we realised that yh NEVER watch cartoon when she was a kid! She watch only doreamon. May and me both saw the chipmunks.. the pony... etc. I like to watch teletubbies too.. hahaha...

YH is a very logical person. I think she will not enjoy cartoons lor.. Imagine if she watch Cars, she will say,"It doesn't make sense lor. How can cars talk?"

hahaha... but she will make a good accountant la. She is also very cruel to May leh.. Yday, she told May,"Your pose is super ultra ugly leh and your hands position very weird."

Some more she repeatedly say," Your pose very very very very ugly lor."

In the end May very fan, she say she going to take up shen duan class. Then YH say,"You dun waste money la, you learn liao forget everything."

Hahaha.. very wet blanket leh but I think May is used to it liao.. right?

Bintan

I wasn't very keen to go Bintan as it's only 2 days and I think that Bintan's sea is not as nice but I went with my company anyway, to show face. Fortunately, the view was quite nice and the food is good. At least there is something good about the trip. I wanted to buy some souvenirs but the boring shops there got nothing much to offer me. Worse of all, they are ex. So forget it. I only bought something for my family.

I am very tired and sian to edit my photos this time. So my face is all round... and my pimples are visible..
I took this ferry called Indera something. A big boat... and cold boat. I fell asleep during the journey and when I woke up, it was raining. Awww.. great.

Beady small eyes and round face. Yah.. this was taken before I fell asleep. Upon arriving at the Bintan Ferry terminal, we have to go thru this long tedious queue to get thru the customs. Then we took a bus to the Bintan Lagoon Resort.

When we arrived, there was this welcoming dance for us. Some ppl playing the drums and some women and men dancing. Kinda funny leh. Hahaha.. Cuz when our bus arrived, they started playing and dancing and all the ppl in the lobby were looking at us.

I know that we can't check in yet so I left my bag at the recep and walk around the lobby, looking for nice views to take photos. So that I can blog when I come back to singapore and May can have a very 'full' breakfast.
First thing I saw was this nice swimming pool. Too bad I can't swim as I din bring my swimsuit. Lazy la.. staying for one day only, dun want to bring too many things.

I wanted to take a photo of the buffet but hor... there are so many ppl crowding over the buffet. So I took a photo of the desserts instead. The desserts are quite nice. I like the mango cakes and the smalle jellies....This is the lounge we reserved for our staff. Then I went to toilet and noticed this very cute tap~
Its a koi tap! Cute and unique right.. hee hee.. the fish will vomit then we wash hands with the fish vomit.. :P

It was raining all the while and finally the sun came out after my lunch. So I got a chance to take photo with this puddle of water.

Then proceeded to check into my room. U tot my hotel room is rather nice. The door u see here is a back door with leads to a balcony. There is a tiny platform by the bed with a small table and some pillows. Guests can sit around on that platform to gossip or play cards. I was alone in this room as there was an odd number of female staff so one of the girls had to sleep alone. The other girls were like scaredy cats. They were afraid to sleep alone so I said I am ok with that. Woohoo.. my personal hotel room. Not bad.

Happily alone in my room, I looked around and decided to take a photo in the toilet. The above photo was taken in the toilet from the reflection of the mirror. Can see my distorted fingers...

Un-edited photo, can see my stupid round face and my pimples and my beady eyes. I hate my beady eyes. I decided to go for a stroll alone after I left my baggage in the room... Thru out the trip, I spent most of my time alone. The ppl whom I am closer to did not come for the trip and those that I am not so familiar with came. They asked me if I wanna go kayaking with them. Well, I din have a swimsuit so I declined. Plus I dun think I can blend into their group. Maybe they feel sorry for me as I as alone all the time but actually I am fine with it. Since we dun click, I rather stay alone lor. I do wish that some good frens were here tho..

I saw that the dancers are still dancing away.. I proceeded to the beach....

The sea was clam and the sky is cloudy. Good to swim! But I no swimsuit. I was a bit tempted to buy a swimsuit but aiyah.. forget it la.. Just staying for one day.

Then I decided to block the nice seaview with my big face and beady eyes.

The famous feet. They always appear in my blog. hahaha... The sea water washing my feet. so shiok.

Then I try to be funny and take a photo of me admiring the scenery but a bit failure la cuz cant see my expression. difficult to take this photo alone leh and i tried twice only. cuz I scared ppl think I am siao.
Then my contagious opera finger is here again! Argghh.. it's everywhere!~

After strolling on the beach, I went back to my room to watch TV. Watched 'Jie Da Huan Xi' for 1 + hour then I fell asleep.... So cool.. slept peacfully until 7+pm then went to meet the others for a BBQ dinner.
Very sumptous meal... and sinful too..

On the journey back to singapore, I slept again.. I think I spent most of my time sleeping in this whole trip leh.

No blogs for 2 days

Yah cuz i am going to bintan tomorrow, over the weekend. Company trip, company pay for it.. so just go lor though i felt its a bit boliao to go for 2 days. But 2 days trip caused our company $250 per person. Must be some posh resort lah, so go there see look and take photos... can come back blog and show u guys... Actually its a family day and if i got bf or husband, i can bring him along and company will pay for him also but too bad dun have.. asked if can bring mother.. they say cannot unless i pay $250. So bo bian lor....

ok la.. wait for my blog~ I will be back!

Tanah Merah

Me: I am taking the boat at 10am this saturday at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal.
Father: *silence*
Me: Tanah merah at 10am hor. Dun say I never tell u..
Father: You trying to ambush me.
Me: I dunno how to go leh...
*Silence*
Me: I am coming back on Sunday at 5pm.
Father: I no time to go fetch u hor.
Me: You should bring lao ma there.. she never go tanah merah before.
Father: Tanah merah got 2 terminal leh, one is ferry terminal, one is for taking boat one...
Me: -_-" Whats the diff?!

Mum... : (singing) One tanah merah......

Aiyoh.. dunno la.. in the end.. my father told me that she got the lyrics all wrong.... Chey....

Steamboat again!

I realised that I blogged alot about our steamboat session. The reason is, we eat alot of steamboat mah... Today, went to eat steamboat once again with YH and May. Actually, me and May wanted to go see doctor at AMK then we tot might as well ask YH join us for steamboat session after seeing doctor.

I spent a bloody $60 for my medication lor. Actually both me and May were consulting the doctor regarding our pimples. May spent a bloody $63 also. $3 more than me and she got a heartache. Aiyah.. it's for ur own face lor. It's worth it if it works.

Anyway, after we reached the steamboat kopitiam, YH was already with the steamboat ready, nicely placed in front of her....

hahaha..

We quickly took the food and threw in..

YH, eating vege.. Ya, very healthy choice. Government say we must eat more vege... so we eat lor...

Chun chun dan... May may like chun chun dan..... But I dun like.. May also like another thing which i dun like... CLAMS.. bloody red slimy gluey sticky smelly clams... yucks..

I like this....AI XIN GOLDEN MUSHROOMS! You know why its aixin? Our dear may... walked a long way from the MRT to a supermarket to buy these golden mushrooms and went home to wash and cut it. She also bought fish and mushrooms and prepared them for the steamboat cuz she know that me any YH like mushrooms.. So nice.... ai xin mushrooms.

As usual.... we gossiped and talked until about 10pm then we went off to buy the sour plum lime juice. Happily, we walked to the MRT with the drinks in plastic bags until suddenly i dunno why my plum juice became a fountain. The juice was spouting out from a hole at the side. I panicked then YH told me to cover the hole~ May told me to go to the side. So I did both. Fortunately, there was not much juice left... Hiak hiaks.... May say that funny things always happened to me. -_-" If not then who entertain u? I dun think YH want to do these things to entertain u lor.

May said that looking at my blog, everyone can tell that she is spending a lot of time with us... SO? Isn't that good? wahahaha...
